• Processing your gym bookings and generating digital passes.
• Verifying your identity at gym receptions via QR codes.

4. Data Sharing

We share your name and booking details with the specific **Gym Partner** you have booked with to facilitate your entry. We do **not** sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the full right to delete your GymDate account and any associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion:

• In-App Deletion: Navigate to your Profile / Settings in the GymDate mobile app, select Account Settings, and click Delete Account.
• Email Request: You can send an account deletion request to founder@gymdate.in with your registered email or phone number. We will process your deletion request within 48 hours.

What Data is Deleted:

Upon account deletion, your personal profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo, workout preferences, buddy connections, and auth tokens) will be permanently deleted from our active databases. Past financial transaction records may be retained only as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can manage your profile settings directly in your account dashboard or contact our support team for assistance.
